Please take note on a couple of these important items:
1. EDS weight loss contest starts TODAY. Weigh ins will be this and next week. Everyone can only weigh in ONCE to set their “starting weight”. Weight ins will be happening in Rockford this and next week, Monday and Thursday, and we’ll be in Bloomingdale this and next week on Tuesday and Wednesday. People MUST sign up and pay online to weigh in… no exceptions.
2. Yes, there is class today, MLK Day. We missed too many classes as the holidays ran right through the week… See you there!
3. EDS Trivia is still ON! I’ve decided to keep it open for another couple days. Remember, you MUST copy the questions and put the answers in CAPS right after the questions… then email me the bonus answers (same format) to matt @EliteJKD.com . There is still an opportunity for someone to win… NO ONE has gotten all of the questions (including bonus) correct.
4. Attn: Adult Students! I have put up a special early bird discount for the Roy Harris Seminar. Both days only 99 bucks. Roy Harris has never had a host do a 2 day seminar for this cheap. Please note I’m taking the hit on this discount, but want to make sure everyone has NO excuse not to see Sifu Harris in action. … Ok, Detox. Good and bad. Ups and downs. Doing alright though. I’m about half way through – give or take. I’ll write tons more on some weird distinctions I’m having though.
