New Week, Old Surgery

Once again, I want to thank everyone who wished me well for my latest surgery. I had my 4th hernia surgery on 11/20, and I’m doing well.

Itching to get back to training, but I know I need to take my time. I limped around class last week, but I’m up to walking now, and should easily be back in the teaching groove tonight.

I want to thank my incredible staff for backing me up these last couple of weeks. Everyone of them really stepped up and showed up early and/or on different days to be my hands and feet! ;)

I’ll be tracking my progress as I have a goal in mind I don’t want to expose yet, but it is definately a motivator you’ll want to follow. First, I’ll see how my body responds to some basic training. I should be starting it soon…

If you’ve been in a slump or just need a kick in the pants, follow my little story here, I hope to provide you with a little inspiration!

Keep in touch here – and I’ll keep you in the loop!

Lee, Love and Life,

Sifu
