Day one? When was your day one, or is your day one? Today, yesterday, last Thursday? tomorrow? the next day? When? I don?t want to know when ?will? be your day one. So let?s start today? Today is your day one. I want you to take the next 5 minute break you can, and walk. Do a simple walk which will start you on your path to serious change. I don?t care if you?re in a three piece suit or a prom dress? do your 5 minute walk as soon as you can.
Remember, discipline weighs ounces, while regret weighs tons.
Starting tomorrow, I?ll be outlining the morning ritual program again, and by next week I?ll be writing down every single thing I do within my program. Every rep, exercise, drill, etc. Stay tuned.
