After the mini Kettlebell workout I then move to my E-cises which I learned from Peter Egoscue?s book ?No Pain?. I?ve suggested this book to a couple students since my first bog on this several weeks ago. Obviously I?m not claiming that it cures cancer, but both students have had pain literally go away within days after starting the program outlined in the book.
While I?m doing these exercises, I take that time out to go through a subliminal program. I use it to ?re-program? myself to focus on the things I need to focus on, in addition to using visualization. I?ll explain more on this in a future blog entry. I then read, and fill my mind with some good information. Today I read Proverbs, chapter 29? hence the 29th day.
Almost done? come back tomorrow and I?ll finish up with a real life example of tomorrows ?workout?.
