DAY #44: 13 Things I’m Doing for the Grapple-A-Thon

1. Watching my diet. Specifically I?m taking in about an extra 20 grams of protein right in the morning, shortly after me veggies, which is in my morning ritutal. 2. Speaking of my morning ritual? that is #2 on the list? I get up, run, mini JKD workout, mini kettlebell workout (more to come on this), E-cises, visualize, read, plan? and then blog ;) If you want details, please check out the previous blogs, as I go into these in detail.
