We’ll be hosting THREE self-defense seminars, which will be donation based, where 100% of the funds go to Haiti Relief. We’ll be running one for kids (ages 4-12), female only (ages 12-adult), and co-ed adult (ages 12-adult).
Our Bloomingdale facility located at 215 E. Lake St., Bloomingdale, IL will be held from 9-10am.
Our Rockford facility located at 5695 Strathmoor Dr., Rockford, IL will be held from 1-2pm.
All are welcome and NO previous experience is needed!
