DAY #52: Grapple-A-Thon Prep

With some mega ground fighting coming up for me soon, here are some changes I?m making, getting ready for the event. If you want a perfect way to drop those extra pounds you?ve been carrying around, and/or increase muscle tone, do two things: 1. Sign up for the Grapple-A-Thon and 2. Take a look at implementing these things:

1. Make cardio an everyday thing? leading up to the event, I want to make sure my body is fully ?use to? working out everyday? so working out that day doesn?t produce any physical, mental or emotional ?shock?.

2. Watching my diet closer? The big killer is empty carbs, including sugary items. Massively decrease those to one small portion per day for these last two weeks.

3. Increase water? Speaks for itself. If you need to ask why, make sure you let me know so I can slap you upside the head next time I see you.

More tomorrow? Get started on these today and see a huge difference in how you look and feel in the next couple weeks.
