Wanted to do something different with my cardio workouts, as I work up to the Grapple-A-Thon. Therefore, each day starting last Monday, I add on a 3 minute cardio exercise. Monday I started with the Elliptical machine, then yesterday I added another 3 minutes with the bike.
Given that my toe is healing, but still sore, I?ll add the stair climber for another 3 minutes? for a grand total of 9 minutes of total cardio. Right before the Grapple-A-Thon, I should be around 50 minutes of a whole list of different cardio methods.
I?m also helping my wife train for her 5k? I?ll be talking about that sometime in the near future.
