Two Arm Kettlebell Swings

In this exercise, Matt Numrich of the Elite Defense Systems will show you how to do a double armed kettlebell swing. It's basically the act of swinging a kettlebell from your drop rear end all the way up until your arms are at the same level as your shoulders. Don't forget to use both your arms as a kettlebell is heavy. This is a challenge exercise so strive for about 20-25 reps.
