I have never had any martial arts training in the past. I have sent the last couple years growing and training at EDS and have seen massive changes in my life. My overall confidence has been boosted because of the focus on not only training with techniques, but also because of the focus on physical fitness. My daughter and I have seen changes in both our lives. Her focus in her schoolwork has totally paid off. She sets goals and achieves them, as evidenced by her last two Honor Rolls from school. Her confidence in knowing she has some skills to protect herself and knowing we will continue to grow and learn make the investment in EDS the best thing I have ever done for both of us!
